Scope of work

1.Help Desk Management & Customer Support

• Provide technical and IT solutions support for the company systems, internal staff and clients / customers utilizing the workspaces and office buildings within the company portfolio of projects.
• Manage and take responsibility for IT and Technology issues related to hardware, software, networking, and office systems (Wi-Fi speed and provider management, printers, VoIP phones, audio systems, projectors, booking platforms, etc.).
• Ensure a seamless IT experience, especially for corporate clients renting office spaces including managing and monitoring internet packages to be optimal within the budget provided.

2.IT Infrastructure Management (Systems, Servers, Networks, Security)

• Read and analyze network infrastructure diagrams, propose suitable devices based on cost and functionality.
• Install, operate, and maintain server systems, firewalls, internal networks (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi), and various equipment.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, ensure up time, and maintain security.
• Manage access permissions, user accounts, and perform regular data backups.
• Propose and implement security measures to prevent cyberattacks (DDoS, phishing, malware, etc.).
• Provide support and monitor other systems in case of issues: Car Parking, BMS, Cameras, Access Control, Network, Printers, AV, AI Chatbot and Booking Platforms such as Office RND etc.

3.Network Infrastructure Design & Optimization

• Survey actual bandwidth, propose optimal Internet service plans for cost and performance.
• Select and take responsibility appropriate Internet Service Providers (ISP) based on operational needs and budget.
• Design and implement optimized network infrastructure for flexible workspace environments.
• Regularly check and optimize network speed to ensure stable connections.

4.IT Development & Strategy

• Propose and implement IT solutions to optimize work processes and work with Community Teams to support such requirements.
• Support the deployment of new technologies (cloud, booking systems, surveillance cameras, etc.).
• Coordinate with IT service providers to ensure system stability.
• Work directly with BOD to explore new solutions, IT infrastructure and Digital Transformation opportunities to improve and make the company’s business operations more efficient. 

Requirements

• Role is open for Vietnamese national only. Fluent English proficiency (both written and spoken) is a must.
• Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in building management, preferably in Grade B+, A or five-star buildings.
• Proficient in Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of servers (Windows/Linux), firewalls, VPN, VLAN, Wi-Fi.
• Experience in surveying, designing, and optimizing network systems.
• Knowledge in information security and cyberattack prevention.
• Ability to work with service providers and negotiate IT contracts.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with tenants and contractors
• Expertise in budget management, contract negotiation, and problem-solving with a “can-do” attitude
