II. Check-in process:

Step 1: Determine your  reservation request.

Employees should record the following infomation.

Basic personal infomation of individual.

  • Full name of guest, full name of registant.
  • Address, phone number, email of the guest.
  • Number of guests.
 

Basic  infomation about booking

  • Guest arrival date, time and length of stay.
  • Number of rooms and type of room.
  • Room rate and payment method.
  • Other requests of guests (if any).
 

– Step 2: Check the responsiveness of the hotel.

– When receiving a guest’s reservation request, the reservationist must check on the hotel’s management software system to check whether the number of rooms, the type of room available, meets the customer’s request or not.

– Accept Overbooking – the act of accepting bookings that are larger than the actual capacity of the hotel by a certain percentage to increase the hotel’s room supply efficiency, avoid virtual guests. guests who booked but did not come.

– Step 3: Enter booking infomation into the system.

There are 2 types of booking rooms:

  • Reservation form for retail customers.

– Step 4: The hotel reconfirms the information and saves the booking infomation.

– After receiving the reservation, the staff reconfirms other’s booking infomation according to the hotel’s regulations to avoid errors, then all guest infomation, booking infomation must be kept and fully updated in hotel computer system.

– Step 5: Update booking status.

– Every day, the staff must update and summarize the transaction situation of the day so that the hotel can understand the guest situation, prepare full documents and procedures as well as serve guests in the best way.

III. Payment process:

– The Sentry L will be implemented through 2 ways: directly and online Vnpay e-wallet nationwide.

– Step 1: Select the appropriate room, the press the payment button.

– Step 2: Fill in infomation and choose to pay online.

– Step 3: Follow the regulations of VNPAY linked to the hotel. Wait for confirmation and success.

– When customers book a room successfully, you will be notified by email to confirm information by phone. And go to the reception to see the information available in the data. If there is a match, you will receive a room card.

III. CUSTOMER INFORMATION PRIVACY POLICY

I. Purpose and scope of collection:

Solution

Thesentry.com.vn has the right to refuse to serve Customers at Thesentry.com.vn’s hotel chains, on the website and through other forms of transactions and interactions. (call center, email, facebook, …)
