• You must be 18 years of age or older to make a Reservation.
• You can make a reservation using our online booking website or through other channels such as call centers and travel agents. Rooms are subject to availability and any applicable taxes and service charges as announced during the booking process.
• Upon arrival, please pay in full for the pre-booked services and deposit a corresponding amount in advance for the services incurred during your stay at the Hotel.
• All guests are required to register and present a valid identity card (citizen ID or passport and visa) upon check-in.

THE SENTRY L may cancel your reservation at any time without affecting any other rights we may have if you breach any of these Terms and Conditions:

• For security purposes;
• By order of the Government or any competent authority;
• Due to a Force Majeure event.

In the above cases, your cancellation notice will be sent by The Sentry L via email, text message or via booking software.

Deposit policy

Individual Guest guarantee credit card booking, every guest who wants to make a reservation at The Sentry L has to make a deposit of 10% of the total amount to confirm the reservation. The deposit can be paid by credit card or directly into the bank account via e-invoice.

Check-in time : 2 PM.

Check-out time : Before 12 PM.

Early check-in (subjected to availability)

Before 6 AM: surcharge of 1 night rental.

After 6 AM: surcharge 50% of 1 night rental.

Late check-out (subjected to availability)

After 12PM – Before 6PM: surcharge 50% of 1 night rental.

After 6PM: surcharge 100% of 1 night rental.

Instructions for using electronic hotel locks properly:

• Our concierge will give you a magnetic card, with your data encrypted which functions as a keycard to your room.
• Use magnetic card to close and open the door. The lock will emit a very small ‘beep’ sound and indicator light will flash green indicating that the door lock has been opened. The door will lock automatically when closed.

Any loss must be reported to The Sentry L promptly, and a fee a 200.000VND for replacement keys cards will be applied.

Cancellation of a reservation must be notified to the hotel through email and confirmed by The Sentry L prior to the date of arrival.

Please provide complete details to be considered for the cancellation confirmation.

Cancellation policy:

• 7 days prior to the arrival date – 30% refund of the total amount shall be granted.
• 3 days prior to the arrival date – 50% refund of the total amount shall be granted.
• 24 hours prior to the arrival date – 70% refund of the total amount shall be granted.

Personal asset:

• Please do not leave valuables in the room. The Sentry L will not be responsible for any damage, loss of money, jewelry or other valuables left in the room.
• The hotel only preserves lost and found items for 30 days from the date of check-out.

Safety regulations:

• Upon check-in, our staff will check for any dangerous items that can put others at risk. Confiscated items can be picked up at time of check-out.
• Do not bring prostitutes back into your rooms.
• Do not gather to gamble and cause disruption to other guests.
• Smoking is not allowed in the room. In the case of being caught, or when the fire alarm is triggered, you will be fined according to the regulations of the Hotel Management Board.
• Guests can only smoke on the rooftop or the front yard of the hotel.
• Do not arbitrarily move or disassemble any furniture or equipment.
• We will report suspected illegal activities to the authorities and reserve the right to refuse service.

Damage policy:

If the items are missing or damaged upon check-out, a fine will be issued according to the market price of the product.

Cleanliness:

Do not bring pungent foods or animals into the building

To ensure safety and privacy, we will not clean the room when there are guests in the room and without the consent of the guest. Room cleaning time is from 7am to 5pm every day. Please notify the us or put up a sign if you want your room to be cleaned.

Guests’ responsibility:

Outsiders are not allowed in the room after 10pm. However, should there be a need, the consent of the Hotel Management Board is required.

Do not have more than two people staying in a room without the consent of the Hotel Management Board, surcharge will be collected according to the regulations of the hotel.

Note: In case of violation, a fine of 5.000.000 VND shall be applied.
