The Sentry Z: Green space for everyone
The Sentry Z’s mission is to build a common community where people can connect and share ideas and passions in many different fields. The Sentry Z is the first flexible office building focusing on equipment construction, operation and design with the goal of achieving Vietnam’s Lotus green standard certification.
Inspired by the green campus of the Zoo and Botanical Gardens – a familiar symbol to the people of Saigon, The Sentry Z is a green and flexible office building with 9 floors high, with modern equipment, using modern materials. recycled materials to create accents for the interior, in line with sustainability criteria.
The Sentry Z is the third property (besides The Sentry Office Hub and The Sentry Connect) under The Sentry’s management, located in the heart of District 1. With a prime location, easy access to important locations in the city such as the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, the British Consulate General and the US Consulate General. There is no shortage of shops and quality food service around the building, from trendy cafes to hidden alley restaurants, all within a few steps.
